Like many engineers, I got into the audio world by playing music. I took up multi- tracking at a young age and was working in studios by high school. Observing how different clients and staff approached the production, I learned how to make decisions which drive the process forward, to take on whatever role was necessary, and to never say ‘never’… to more cowbell.

As the internet continues to squeeze all the world’s information, media, and tools into my mobile phone, my interest in human computer interaction has grown into a full-time obsession. Over the last few years I’ve spent my time practicing:
- Information architecture for SEO
- XHTML / CSS / PHP / Javascript coding
- User interface design for desktop and mobile browsers

Got a cool audio / music / interactive / web project?
I’m all ears.

I was born in the mid-1980′s in rural Ottawa. Computer whiz kid. I did well in school, went to university for 2 years, and dropped out to open a recording studio in Toronto. Had a good run but closed the studio a couple years ago, and have since been changing gears into UI design and web development. I hope to bring the same level of care, understanding of the user, and ‘pop-art’ sensibility to interactive media that I have developed through my forays in music and audio.
